MissionConnect was born in response to the question, “How do we keep our young pastors from leaving the ministry and never returning?” We have seen too many promising leaders leave the field, with devastating consequences for the ministries and communities they leave behind.
The solution is centered on sustainability. With the right training and tools, both for ministry and financial viability, young leaders are able to make long-term commitments in regions of great need.

MissionConnect is in the process of forming ministry training centers in four strategic countries that will provide training opportunities for their surrounding regions. Each training center uses versatile business models for creating sustainability adapted to each culture and context.
Our funding model mobilizes resources for kingdom work from a unique combination of sources. We have a home services division remodeling homes in Colorado Springs, investing donors purchasing and reselling homes in Portland, and foundations, churches, and individuals donating regularly – all to advance the vision of gospel ministry impact.
From Morelia, Mexico to Kathmandu, Nepal, MissionConnect is committed to help our trained leaders invest in long-term impact. By using a holistic and Biblical model for resource generation, MissionConnect seeks to empower many of God’s people to engage in mission domestically and internationally.
